About the Role

The Social Media Manager will run our social strategy, currently on Instagram. This includes scheduling posts, marketing decisions, etc. Our team is functioning, but we need someone who knows social media strategy to point us in the right direction both in terms of the big picture strategy and day to day logistics.

Ideal Requirements

  • Experience with social media management

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort working with spreadsheets

  • Ability to collaborate with design team​

Key Responsabilities

  • Overall Strategy

    • Plan ahead and make decisions on how we can best present ourselves and use social media to our advantage

    • Stay on top of trends

    • Plan campaigns

    • Monitor metrics and insights

  • Community Engagement

    • Answer direct messages/communicate with patrons

  • Content Planning

    • Work with graphic designer to generate eye-catching content

    • Manage content calendar
